ITE College West

ITE College West was the first social infrastructure PPP in Singapore, and the first education project in Asia developed with an availability-based payment mechanism.

With over 7,700 full-time students, ITE College West is an established post-secondary institution with on-campus facilities to enable the Institute of Technical Education to deliver students of the college practical work experience with industry partners within a business town concept.

Flinders Ports

Flinders Ports operates seven ports located across South Australia, including the State’s only container terminal, under a 99-year lease from the State Government. As operator, Flinders Ports provides port and logistics services and infrastructure for container, bulk and break-bulk cargoes servicing many of the State’s key industries.

Alpha Trains Junior Debt

Alpha Trains is the largest private rolling stock lessor in the passenger and freight markets in Continental Europe, providing over €2.1 billion in rolling stock to both public and private operators. Alpha Trains’ locomotives division comprises Europe’s largest and most diversified fleet of almost 370 diesel and electric locomotives, while the passenger train division comprises 334 diesel and electric trains.
